It’s a losing battle trying to seal up the bed. I’ve tried the tail gate seals and butyl tape. The gaps in the Tacoma beds are too big.

I have an Alu Cab and ended up cutting a hole in the roof and adding a positive pressure vent like the RLD canopy’s come with factory. I get no dust in the back now, where before all my gear would be covered. I’ve even taken it to Black Rock a couple times where the playa dust is like flour and nothing got in. The vent can open forwards or backwards and it is water tight when closed.
