    Front rail: remove and seal with silicone

    Front Bed Corners: remove bed caps and fill area with rubber butyl

    Metal Bed Rail Strips: Remove and silicone

    Plastic Bed Caps: Remove and silicone

    Rear Bed Corner Opening: Fill area with rubber butyl

    Plastic Cubbies: Fill hole in cubby with silicone, seal bed cubby edges with silicone

    Drainage Bed Holes: Fill with silicone

    Tailgate: Use ESI Tailgate Seal from Amazon

    100% dust and waterproof

    Sorry, but I'm the dumb kid in class...could you provide a little more detail and the actual products used? For example, what do you mean specifically by "rubber butyl" or "silicone?" Are these caulk-type products or something else?

    I've installed both of these on my truck, and I get no dust.
    I can't speak to the really fine, chalky stuff you get in the southwest, but at least up here in the PNW on forestry roads, they seem to work great.

    This is also how you design a computer that does not get dust in it. You have higher pressure inside of the case and it will keep dust from coming into any of the cracks and holes. The only intake of air to make the pressure is filtered with dust filters.

    A little outside the box . . . but what about an onboard air compressor, (mounted under the hood) with a line run to the bed. Use a 12v air valve and regulator to, when needed, discharge +/-20psi air into the bed creating a positive pressure environment? 20psi via a 1/4" outlet is about 30cfm, which would exchange the air in the bed in about 6 minutes. Through a 1/8" outlet, is about 8cfm, which would still get the job done. You wouldn't have to cut a large hole on the cap for a vent or fan, and done correctly, you now have on-board compressed air. You would probably want to also have small air storage tank.

    I like the idea and am not expert but most compressors run very hot, especially if they are running constantly. They are high pressure, low volume, correct? Just the opposite is needed, i.e. high volume, low pressure. Once the air tank is empty the compressor just passes the air through. I think something like a air/bilge pump would work better like is on boats to exhaust fuel fumes before you start the engine.

    Or, what about a cheap air mattress pump that runs on 12V?
