'First Gen Fog Light Mod' Modification?

Was wondering if it was possible to disable the toyota's light blinking when locking or unlocking.

After the Foglight mod for most first gens the fog lights and DRL's share power so they both blink. It normally wouldn't be an issue, but HID's or other high output bulbs do not like to be turned on and off and shorten life. So yea, any relay's to disable to keep the lights from blinking?

p.s. wasn't sure which category this went under, lights or first gens so sorry if this needs to be moved.
