What up bumper bros. Finally got around to fixing my cut and installing the winch.

Just another pic for the echo chamber, because I love this thread.

Look what came in yesterday. I thinking I'm going with bullet liner which will have a POR-15 base coat. 20200715_162111.jpg 20200715_162153.jpg 20200715_162251.jpg

So I am trying to decide Powder Coating or POR-15 base coat with Bullet liner on top. Anyone with experience? I am leaning more towards the POR-15 with Bullet liner for durability.

I don't really recommend commercial bed liners they spray them on way too thick and you will most likely need to sand and shave some off to install the bumper without hammers. Also if you touch the ground with it bed liner peals like a sticker.

Thanks. Thats what I'm starting to hear. Just trying to get it right the first time. I've seen a few that had issues with line x.

Bumper on to test the fit before painting it. Still need to clean up my cuts but it works for now.

Unfortunately I am going to have to cut my front skid plate to get it to fit. I have budbuilt skids.

Finally on but need to adjust lighting and bumper a bit and trim my skid plate a little more. Have to get a new fairlead for my winch because the one that it came with didn't fit unless I flip it upside down. Which all the text on it would be upside down then and that bugs me haha. Love how it turned out. Thanks BAMF. 20200722_204515.jpg 20200722_204057.jpg 20200722_204103.jpg

@JLee what are the dimensions for the opening and the mounts for the 30" light bar?

I'm looking at the diode dynamics 30 series, but it will be going in this bumper so I want to make sure the mounts will line up. Screenshot_20200903-120755_Chrome.jpg

I have this bumper and used a light bar that doesn't fit dimensionally. I removed the light mounts from the bumper and made some spacers/sleeves then drilled a hole in the side of the bumper to run a stainless allen head bolt into the light. Easy to adjust like this too.

Super late reply to this but I have this light bar on my bumper.

I had to switch the bolt out to a standard hex bolt head instead of the Allen head it comes with but it fits.

It will fit Up to a 12k winch. You can't go wrong with Warn winches.
