Avid Off Road bar mounting question

    '10 TRD Access Cab 6 speed manual
    TRD intake, skid plate, cat back exhaust and short throw shifter. Bilstein 5100 leveling front and 5100 shocks rear. 32” Falken WP AT4W tires on Gen 3 wheels.
    Clearly the bar mounts to the bumper bar. Does it use the inner bolts or the outer bolts? My light bar brackets use the outer bolts and there doesn’t look like there is enough thread left to mount another bracket. If the Avid bar uses the inner bolts I am GTG.
