Does it exist?

Basically, I am getting a sliding bed cover (Retrax) but also need a bed rack so I can still carry ladders and such. However, I am also getting a Prinsu cab rack. I need the bed rack and cab rack to be flush in order for longer ladders to sit flush.

Anyone achieve this?
