Fox 2.0 lift/ shock adjustment

I’m planning on buying fox 2.0 front shocks with sprigs but I’m having trouble finding out how to adjust them. I want to have the 2 inch front lift like it says they’ll do, but how do I know how far to adjust them? And what is the best way to do so should I have a shop do it ? It seems I’m not the only one with this problem but I can’t really find any solutions .

2.0 IFP coilovers will need to be adjusted from the bottom (see image below). We always recommend a shop with a proper spring compressor make the adjustments unless you have done this before. The shock bodies are aluminum so you need to relieve as much pressure off the preload nuts as possible.

 

My dad and I did the rears fairly easy but it seems that the front are gonna be harder as I want to do the lift so yea I’ll look into some shops in my area for that. Thank you I appreciate the response !
