    Sticking with what I know, 34/70. Every lager I’ve done with it so far has fermented around 64F with little to no off flavors. I figure I will eliminate as many variables as possible with new equipment.

    Pastry Sour Ale, not bad. I went to Red Hill Brewing and bought it because they’re donating all tips from this beer purchase to the Basement Arcade (you can see them mentioned on the can on the right). The Basement was one of my favorite spots but has been shut down because of fucking Covid since March. Hope this helps their chances of reopening.

    Unfortunately, only two taps are usable right away as the door is tapered and I need longer shanks for the two left taps. I also kegged my Blonde last night and it is sitting on gas. Can’t wait to pour my first draft beer!

    I have this odd goal of wanting to concoct my own pale ale that is exactly what I want. My last iteration became a dumper due to some sort of soapy after taste. Making my 3rd iteration tonight. I have high hopes for this one.
