A few mods here and there and counting....
You only have two choices on the marker light. I don't recall the color but one would be ground and the other positive. You can't mess up. lol

Has anyone had success doing the 3 light edition with a 2015 grill. Similar to issues i've seen about there being a support bracket right in the middle behind/above the toyota emblem. Not really sold on doing a 4 light set up. Thanks ahead of time

Dang I still have the other style grill and hadn't committed to upgrading to the pro yet. Anyone done it with that middle support. I saw someone say drimel perhaps, i am weary of this too.

Ah, I got what your saying. The TRD pro grille has plastic in the center, but not as much at the normal grille. The 3 LEDs give enough light where you don't notice the plastic as much.

Does anyone know if the honeycomb size cutouts on the 2011 honeycomb grill is similar to the 2016 and up honeycomb grilles? asking b/c of raptor light kits like the one below for example they make for the 2016 up. Has anyone tried or had success with these kits? thanks guys!

A lot of great info on this thread. I have a 12' - 2nd Gen grille, so I will be drilling into the plastic and mounting pigtails, but it looks like 2 options to connect. Wire direct into the side lights, or add a fuse connector, and go into the fuse box. My question is, which fuse will be replaced if I elect this option? I cannot seem to find the fuse for either the parking lots or the DRL !?! I took a pic of the box. Any help will be greatly appreciated :)IMG_9379.jpg

seems this mod has lost its fizz. But I decided that I wanted to get in the running for the most "annoying" mod race, so I added some bolt lights inside the faux scoop on my '14.

Not so much Raptor style, but Ram style.

Curious to know if anyone else has done it this way.

I picked up an OEM mesh grill for free and installed it on my truck, to get rid of the old two horizontal slat style one.
Was unsure of raptor lights at first since it's not a raptor
but knowing the truck is big and heavy, and having recently been pulled out in front of by someone trying to skip two lanes going 0 on a 45mph road and having to hit the brakes
-I realize the more lights and more visible the truck is, the better/safer

Would be awesome if it can look good installing $10 lights into the stock mesh grill,
instead of dropping $200+ on a whole new different grill

I wonder if every RAM has that, or just TRX
seems like a good idea. Good use of hood scoop space since it otherwise doesn't do anything

I had done the same as Tim. Wanted to do something a little less douchy but still be douchy.

I used the morimotos and like the way it came out.

I understand there are 32 pages already posted and I have seen many answers to wiring these lights. I tried tapping the low beams but I want them on with the running lights. The running lights are the turn signals and flicker when the signal is. The low profile fuses makes tapping into the fuse box limited. I finally found a fuse to tap into and the low profile kept leaning.. thus setting all of my check engine lights on. I have a gen 2 taco and I only see a few options. 1) don't hook the lights up. 2) try to find the wire between the running lights and the relay (ideal). or 3) tap into the low beams again and be disappointed. Any ideas would be appreciated
