Hope your surgery goes well and you're back at 100%! Not having to worry about work during the recovery is great too.

In under a hour? Yes, but that's generous. If you know what you want, you're in and out in 15 minutes.

Texas has plenty of land available. Brazoria County, the Hill Country... The Hill Country can be expensive relative to the rest of the state, but if you're coming from either coast, it's still rather inexpensive.

It would be too boring without them.

    COME ON

They're definitely high. It's all rearranging numbers though, right? Where are you going to pay the government, through state income tax, property tax, or elsewhere? Property tax also has to account for all those who do not own property. State is going to get its income.

That said, you pay your property taxes at the end of the year, so if you save properly, the money and it's interest works for you.

Bith? Are we channeling our inner Mike Tyson to pronounce "bitch"?

Shit. I wish. Our property taxes are at 2.25% IIRC, and after school, county, MUD taxes we're shelling out just shy of $10,000 a year.

Korean dramas are awesome. Korean movies in general are awesome.

You're going to need A/C here. Wherever you buy, invest money in making sure your A/C is efficient and works well.

We're having a hurricane season warm up party as we speak. Come on down.

    Y'know, that's a good poll right there.

Of the following, which would you not want to ever deal with: high taxes, insane property taxes, corrupt Governors, or hurricanes? Whichever you choose, you have to contend with the other three.

    @StayinStock

Think about the cost of living though for those areas, though.

    A.k.a. weekday

Any treasure? Old forgotten toys or tools? Bodies?

You forgot the decimal so I fixed it for you. Don't feel bad. NASA has crashed satellites because of the same error.

    #dickpic

    Like an eighteen wheeler.
    Oh sweet Jesus.

Dude, that's some awesome stuff right there. Made me smile. I'm really happy for you.

Taste > appearance and I think the colors, fruit, and shapely figure of the glass accentuate the deliciousness.
