If so what does it consist of and how much does it cost installed?

I'm thinking I may just have a local truck custom shop put 1" spacers on the struts and that will get the nose up where I want it.

I’ve read somewhere on the forums here, that the “factory lift” is just a 1” spacer to the front struts.
I have 1inch spacers on my truck as well to get rid of the factory rake. Not sure on the pricing for a shop installing them.
I installed them myself and paid for the alignment afterwards which was $90 at pep boys or get the lifetime for a couple dollars more. Not sure if that helps.

Also if your planning on doing a lot of heavy off-roading you shouldn’t get spacers and just save up for bilsteins 5100’s
    Spacers aren’t a popular opinion.

    Stuff, things, this, an ADS
Those are dealer installed. Nothing comes of the Toyota line lifted. The closest to an OEM lift is adding the TRD Fox suspension from the pro to the other trim models. Dealer added lifts are marked up way more then they are worth, also most likely spacer and block lifts.
