Hey all, I've searched this and came up with one or two threads but wanted some fresh perspectives.

I recently had my truck aligned due to my tires feathering on the inner portion of the tread and a little pulling to the left. I also never had it aligned after installing OME 887s / Bilstein 5100's all around and a Wheelers AAL pair about a year ago.

After the alignment the truck tracks straight and seems to handle ok but on a recent road trip I noticed the front wheels have some visible positive camber. I am worried this will cause problems with handling and uneven tire wear. I saw the pre and post alignment spec sheet and it was all in the green but never noted the final degree specs of camber, tow and caster.

Anyone experience anything similar? Or anyone have any comments or concerns to add? Should I have it realigned?

It's tough to say without knowing what your numbers are but if you're not happy it's probably worth the time to have it done again

That's about what mine looks like right after a tire rotation and the front hasn't settled back to ride height but it's pretty tough to go off an eyeball with an alignment

This, and don't be afraid to pay a little more, if you get good local recommendations. Some people are enamored by the $59.99 alignment, but I can assure you, if you only pay for a one half hour, you only get one half hour of work. If you have a new car that's not all crusty n rusty, no mods, no damage, etc they may only need a half hour.

Put a level on them to be sure its not just your eye playing tricks.

If its out, get an alignment. And unless you personally know the tech, recommend NOT doing it at a big box or franchise shop.
