Concrete Patio Paint

I want to paint my concrete patio/basketball court. It's cured for a year and hasn't had any sealer or anything applied to it. I was looking at the Drylok latex concrete floor paint. Anybody here ever use it, and were you happy with it? Or is there another brand that's better?

 

My patio is painted red, I absolutely hate it. After awhile it began to dust off and would track red paint Dust in the house. I have to reseal it often.

 

Ugh, that sucks. I would like to avoid that.

Sherwin William's makes a paint called complex. I watched a video where a contractor used it on a lot of outside work.
