Thanks to the help of you guys on this list that replied, I pulled the trigger on a Viofo A129 Pro Duo dash cam!

This blew my budget, but "buy once, cry once". I think sometimes it's wiser to error on the side of "too much is better than not enough".

Hopefully, the install will go easily. Here's what I ordered from Amazon:

    1- Viofo A129 Pro Duo $249.90
    2- Viofo hardware cable $14.90
3- Viofo CPL filter lens $14.90
4- Samsung 128gb Pro Endurance mem card $32.99
5- (10) mini low profile fuse taps w/5A fuses $9.99
    lovely NYS sales tax $25.73

    total $347.42

Definitely more than I wanted to spend, but I know a lot of dash cams out there cost a lot more and this unit has the features I wanted most.

Thanks for the help and suggestions. I'd be glad to hear more of them if someone has something to offer on installation, setup, etc..

    Ted
