@Twizted and I once went to a viewing where the selling agent surprised us by being there and immediately came up to our agent to discuss things in hushed tones. Apparently a squatter had broken in and there was dog shit and food all over one of the bathrooms along with a huge explosion of hair. It looked like someone had just shaved their whole body in one of the bedrooms.

It had way more issues than just a little squatter damage but it was an amusing experience. They had a cleaning crew coming that day.

Lol that would be huge and heavy. We have our RTT and we're not lugging that up into it. With the Drifter we'll actually be moving the fridge from the cab into the bed of the truck and the last thing we want is a bear trying to climb in with us.
