@EatSleepTacos has great things to say about the Titanium 170. Super helpful when I was pondering the same road.

Wheels should be finished early next week. I'm going to have to wash the truck after this weekend mini-wheeling sesh so the clean wheels and new tires pop

The 4 days with KYTLCA the following weekend.

Hopefully some spindle gussets in the interim. Lots happening

"Warmed" mine with a torch, tacked them in MIG, then fully welded MIG, air cooled, reinstalled, full send after that without issue

I had an awesome weekend with the KYTLCA. You'd be wrong to think these guys just cruise around on gravel roads. Oh no, they wheel the shit out of their trucks.

I pushed mine further than I ever thought possible and it didn't even flinch.

    Short review of recent additions:
    - SCS F5 wheels with custom powder coat. Looks great
    - Yoko M/T G003 285/75r17. It's like cheating. These tires are so freaking good.
    - BAMF shackles and hangers, took a beating
    - rear bumper delete is awesome, debating if I want one now (kidding, still going to build one)
    - OVTune 2.0, a little twitchy off road. I need to dive into VF tuner and play with throttle tip in.

Very limited pics from the weekend to follow. I didnt take a lot, was too busy driving and rescuing land cruisers, haha

Haha, yeah, they put out a wall of light, that's for sure!

Got a good deal on them, couldn't pass it up.

She goes as good as she looks, can't wait for Rush!

Replacement tail light(s) are on the way, to fix the one I smashed.

The smashed light will be a test dummy for a few projects.... Can't wait to cut it open.

Also getting excited for the bumper, hopefully making some progress in the next couple weeks. Goal is a complete bumper by Rush.

It's been running non-stop for a few months. 3 successful camping and wheeling trips and many COLD ciders/seltzers consumed.

Honestly though, the solar portion itself is overkill. If I did it again I'd get just the DC-DC converter and call it a day. I rarely take advantage of the solar.

The battery will run the fridge for about 4 days sitting in my garage. Fridge set to 37 F.

    Do this/these:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0044NI2M2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Optional, if you somehow can find room inside the welder's case...

And some 2AWG stranded/flex wire, with brown one-hole lugs. These were acquired by my hoarding cousin and myself from our telecom daze, no clue where to buy them off the shelf for a good price.
