Are there any reasonable facimilies of the TRD Pro grille that I could add to my 2020 TRD OR? Do they hold up or go to shit in the summer sun? I guess the Toyota trademark makes knockoffs tough to market legally?

Not relishing the thought of paying $350 for an OEM grille (that might be a fake anyway)

get the knock off, they look identical & likely the same material - it's just a plastic grille, I'd have never paid the OEM cost if they
    had the knockoffs out sooner.

It's a piece of plastic that has no real value. Who gives a shit if it has an OEM part number or not? I paid like $130 for my knock off and it looks just as plasticy as the real thing.

Put whatever you want on your truck.

I've had mine for 2 years or so and it looks just as plastic fantastic as the day I put it on.

I’m strictly an OEM guy but I would say after buying a real one for my second gen and a knock off for my 3rd gen, there is no need to through away your money. Quality is very similar

I have been burned on knockoffs before so I bought all the PRO OEM parts for it from Camelback Toyota.
