    I’m pondering wheel choices for my 2011 regular cab 4x4, and while I know going with the more modern takeoffs is a popular option, I’m wondering if I could mount up some classic wheels from a late 80s model, like this:

    I personally prefer a more modern looking wheel but I wouldn’t mind putting those on a my 2012 Taco they might look pretty cool, but you’ll have to try it yourself more than likely to see if you like it.

    not sure a 15" aluminum wheel will work
    I have seen people run 15" steel wheels on 2nd gens with a spacer to clear the caliper but I haven't seen aluminum

    I'd run 'em vs steelies, if clearance isn't a prob.

    Tough getting 15s on there, plus harder and harder to find 15 tires..
    I rocked them on my 86 back in the day;
