Bought my 2019 TRD OR in May 2019 and my wife told me to hold off on any higher priced mods until it's completely paid off. I just made the final payment today, a couple months later than planned (#thankscovid), and now I'm ready to start planning my suspension/wheel/tire upgrades.

Here's what I'm currently thinking, I'd love any thoughts or suggestions others might offer:

    - Bilstein 5100 Kit w/ Deaver Single AAL & 2888 Coils from HS (is everything out of stock?)
    - 17" TRD Pro Rims from BAM
    - 285/70r17 BFG KO2

Am I missing anything? Would anyone strongly recommend getting new UCAs? I'm only doing this one and want to make sure I do it right... while not breaking the bank too much.

    Cheers!

Congrats to you as well! I've already made some minor upgrades with no regrets-- step bars, grill, and UpTop Overland roof rack. Can't wait to get this other stuff taken care of!

I've spent hours looking at various rims and I just think the Pro look best. TETO.

I got that same lift but the 3 leaf pack and not just AAL. Did the UCAs. Alignment is perfect. 33s fit with no rub ever and no cutting.

Awesome, thanks! I think I'll drop the extra cash on the UCAs.

Just got this kit with 3 the leaf AAL from Headstrong. I am very happy with it.

This is the answer i got from Marie at Headstrong when I asked her about UCAs. Fyi, she is very knowledgeable and will help answer questions you have pertaining to the lift you are ordering.

"The rule of thumb on the uca ’s is the closer you get over the 2.5” lift mark toward 2.5”+ of lift the more necessary they become in order to get your truck back into alignment. So at 2” you are typically fine not running them, at 2.5” you are on the cusp of whether they are needed or not, and at 3” you pretty much need them. Of course there are exceptions to every rule."

I got new UCA cause I was already working in that area with the lift and i wanted to get my alignment just right.

I am looking at getting the same suspension lift. Bilstein 5100/6112 with UCA and 3 lead AAL. My question is since that is about 2.5 inch lift how did you choose your rims and tires. I like the 285 look but what’s the deal with the offset with the rims?
