Hopefully this will help someone out..
I upgraded the suspension on my new to me 100,000 mile TRD with the following:
    Bilstein 6112/5160 shock (5/4 setting)
    650# coil spring exchange
    Camburg Uniball UCA’s
    OME ”regular” leaf pack
Goodyear Duratrac 265 75 tires on stock rims
    ARB delux bumper
    Warn winch with synthetic Cable.

I was looking for 1”-2” lift with improved ride (Hwy and off road)
I’m not a Baja racer or a rock crawler, but my off road use is a ranch in Texas that is near the Palo Duro Canton in the panhandle which has some steep rocky inclined roads and miles of creek/river sand..

It’s was like a different vehicle...!!

I gained 1” of lift (after settling) and the ride on the washes out rocky roads was unbelievable..

I did hours and hours of “stalking” on TW and ended up talking/emailing Marie@Headstrong (she’s amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and overall VERY helpful!!

I considered several suspension options, but I’m thrilled at how my rig turned out..
