These are the wavian water cans that have a little spout thing you can attach. There’s a plug that you unscrew and thread in the spout.

    https://wavianusa.com/products/wavian-water-can-html

I found out you can get an adapter to screw in where the spout does and has garden hose threads on the other end (or a barb if you wanna use some other hose). I used the garden hose thread so i can just unscrew the hose and cap it off.

So far I like it better, plus i can set it up high (like in the habitat) and use it as a shower.

The colors are the splits in the gpx files. Most people split them by day or mileage or way points

Following in the footsteps of @Thatbassguy

I’m not planning any group trips until sometime in 2021.

I have done a fair portion of the one you have in Missouri. It’s very close by. We have been driving it in chunks as family day outings before we got our camping set up we have now. A couple spots are outdated but it’s an awesome drive. Our first chunk we did lead us out to nowheresville and then suddenly we popped out off this dirt road into a fishing resort. Was amazingly unexpected. Perfect spot for lunch and to explore. Got a private tour of an old still functional mill on another weekend. Really amazing what you can stumble upon on the backroads.

We are heading west week after this one for some family adventures. I hope to tag along on some of your trips once they resume in the future!

What are all of these trails? And how did you find all of them? It looks like you have about 50% or more of the Transam Trail. https://www.transamtrail.com/

A lot of them are the backcountry discovery routes which I believe have some overlap with the trans am trail.

    http://ridebdr.com/homepage/

Also some other trails I found on adv rider or things like the the trans Iowa / Wisconsin / Missouri trail
