First time Tacoma owner. Was wondering if anyone could tell me what type of lift this is? Spacer lift?? Were longer shocks included?? (Pics for reference included). Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The front is a top spacer. You'll get double the thickness of the spacer, for lift. If it's a 1 1/2" spacer, you'll get approximately 3" of lift in the front. Need to see some additional pictures of the rear. Can you snap a pic of where the rear diff/axle housing meets the leaf springs?
Most here are not fans of spacer lifts. I've had one on my truck for a few years now with no problems. If you wheel it hard, you might have some durability issues but for the majority of us that only occasionally go off road, they do fine in my opinion.
Others will be along shortly to give their opinions as well.

Not my first pickup by any means, just my first Toyota. I've usually bought diesel for work. Never fooled with any type of lift except on my jeep, and let a buddy put it on that had a lift. We used spacers and blocks, but i remember I bought some slightly longer rancho shocks at the same time. I looked underneath the truck, cant see any manufacturer name or anything else on the shocks. Kind of a spur of the moment purchase, friend needed to sell, only 65k miles. Super clean, never been off road, long bed, had to have it for some reason...lol. I didn't even realize it wasn't 4wd until I got it home! First 2wd truck I've ever owned. Like it so far, but gas mileage sucks, average 11-13 mpg. My f-150 does a little better than that! I do idle a pretty good bit though. Def going to have to upgrade the stereo. Would like to retain stock head unit for once, so any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks again for all the input.

Stock shocks and springs with a spacer. As said above you’ll catch some hell for them but I ran em on my work trucks for a while in the oil field. If your ok with the ride and hight and your alignment is in spec, leave it. If there’s blocks on the rear you’ll be ok for a while but the stock yota springs are weak and could break so some lift springs might be in order down the line.
Welcome to the forum. Have fun with your truck.
