Exterior: 8/10 - Generally in great shape for its mileage/age with some minor rock chips and dings.

Interior: 9/10 - In excellent shape for a 13 year old car. Normal but minimal wear and tear. No significant issues with any portion of the interior.

Reason for Selling: I purchased this STi almost 2 years ago thinking I would drive it more often but have not done that. I purchased the STi with 89k miles on it and in 2 years I've only put about 2,500 miles (part of that was the drive home when I purchased it).


Modifications

Previous Owner did the following

• Timing belt (105k service) @ 85k
• Intake Air & Cabin Air Filters at 86k
• Turbo inlet pipe (stock cracked, replaced with Perrin) @ 86k
• Powerstop pads and rotors all the way around @ 87k

Engine

• Cobb AP V3 - Stage 2 93 Octane
• Invidia Catless V2 Downpipe (Have the stock downpipe)
• Cobb Catback
• Killer B Ultimate Oil Pickup w/ baffle
• Cobb Intake with airbox (never installed)

• Feal Fixed Perch Struts (OEM struts had the dreaded “clunk” so replaced them right away)

Thanks! Yeah personally I'm not a wagon fan ('08-'14 STi's) but they have grown on me. Always been a fan of the GD ('04-'07) STi's.

The '08-'14 STi wagons are hard to find and the ones you do find are either beat to shit or priced high because of the supply/demand for them which I understand lol
