Howdy. I bought a 2020 Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off Road. It has a bed mat which I like. I had a tonneau cover put on and I like it a lot too. My question is this. There is only room for an ice chest that is no more than 17 inches high in order for the tonneau cover to lay flat which allows me to lock the tailgate for some degree of security. Do any of you reading this have a recommendation as to what brand of cooler might work for these conditions that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Thanks in advance. Jimmy

Thank you all. What I hope to use it for was a great point. I apologize for not being more clear. We live in a mountain valley, 90 miles from a Costco. I'm looking for something to get the fresh food home.

Depends on what you consider costing an arm and a leg, i got my RTIC 45 for $150 which is half of what the Yeti 45 costs and its about 15.5" tall. Its a great cooler.

Thank you, thank you one and all. I ended up getting two Rubbermaid, 45 gt. coolers that fit perfectly. $30.00 each. The useable space is great and there was plenty of ice left when I reached home. I really like TW and the folks that help out on practically any idea or issue one may have. Jimmy
