    same thing here, my local honda sold out of all the good stuff in April.... and from what they told me new machines wouldnt hit until September.


    plenty of polaris sxs and utility quads, and a few other random machines...

    It’s crazy...the last time I bought a motorcycle was during the Great Recession and I got a pretty good deal..clearly we are in a recession again and I can’t find a deal on anything.

    the deals I have stumbled upon during these covid times come and go real quick, and its typically a private sell on craigslist or one of the FB marketplaces
    usually seems to be people pressed for money ASAP and or divorce fire sales
    recently seen a bunch of 90s era two strokes in the 1k-1500k also a bunch of sub 5k harleys


    but a lot of stuff has also seemed to be selling at the "sellers" price also, so yea its a bit confusing and varies greatly state to state

    I’ve noticed this in the Pittsburgh area as well. While the market appears to be flooded with Harleys, the smaller and cheaper bikes sell FAST.

    Bikes like 250 cc and 300 cc entry level sport bikes will be listed for a few days before selling. I know because I check every day on different resources, such as Cycle Trader and CL.
    I recently saw a Ninja EX250 sell on CL after being listed for just two days.

    I feel fortunate that I picked mine up last October before all this craziness happened. I’ve been riding just about every day since March.
