I believe that twig-burning folding camp stoves are generally all the same.

Personally what I like about 'overlanding' is not needing to buy ultralite gear because I can just throw a Coleman stove or a box of wood in the truck.

I agree, I have a Coleman in the back of my truck. I keep two other types, an ultra light MSR pocket rocket and a Jet Boil. Both need fuel, This one you can make your own. I’ve been watching this guys YT channel for awhile now and figured it was time to pull the trigger.

Nah, what you're doing is camping in your 4x4.

"overlanding" is pretty much all about buying all those little overly expensive widgets and do-dads, and you especially have to hashtaggetoutside with a pic of your $300 axe stuck in a log.

I have Steve's stuff. Love his coffee grinder and French press setup. His stove setup is top notch. Made a lot of camp food: burgers, hotdogs, steak, pasta, etc...

Also love his YouTube videos... he lives the dream

He sure does! Dude made 1.5 Million last year. Lives a humble little life with his wife and kids up in Utah just overlanding/fishing with his dogs and goats!

I just got my coffee kit and my Gen 2 Stove...

I’m a fan boy. Wife and I wait for his videos to come out and love them. The last one was an hour and three mins if bliss.
