    I know wife says im being Anal as well haha. I figure if i have to have a tiny yard at least it should be nice. When we lived back east the grass just grew and you didnt have to do anything. Ive aerated and fertilized a shit ton and it looks exactly the same...figure ill give up next year if it doesnt improve by the fall this year.

    No comment on your yard care proclivities. It's too much for my tastes, esp for the crap soil that we have here. That is just me and my own issues!

    The Anal Octane comment was for the neighbors TT. The Anal RV Game is the only thing that keeps my sanity, esp on a nice, curvy 2lane road and my bike. I have completely forgotten my favorite. I think it was Anal Fuzion or . . .

    My opinion.....get a John Deere. So many mowers are junk now...I've had mine for (I think) 16 years and have put in 2 fuel filters. No belts, no nothing. The fuel filters were $11 each.
