Not a problem! Those are the under hood fuses, typically for more bigger circuits, the real meat and potatoes so to speak, the ones you have highlighted there are for the headlamps, high beam circuits driver side and passenger side, and the one down at the bottom of the picture for the reverse lights i'm assuming.

The illumination fuse being only 5 amps, and for interior functions, is going to be on a different fuse panel. The one below the steering column, tucked up on the left side. If you have an appointment, id just leave it be, heaven forbid they try and blame you for pokin' around in there etc etc. I know some dealerships can be a real pain in the butt with stuff like that. It should say "ILLU" or "Panel" something to that affect on the fuse panel cover.

Just beware, I'm not certain with these trucks, but yankin' fuses out and plugging them in can sometimes cause modules to think there's an issue and it will log a fault code. If someone knows Toyota electrical systems more in depth, maybe they can chime in.

Let us know what the dealer finds! I'm curious hah

Big day! I HAVE DASH BUTTON LIGHTS! It was a fuse in that steering wheel column fuse box!

When the sales guy first saw me pull up we argued some more about it haha so real moment of joy there

    Thanks everybody!

Thats what I figured! Sales people tend to not really know the ins and outs of their products, its the sad truth. If your dealership is cool, ask the service department peeps with those more technical questions, they should have a better understanding of whats going on. Especially if you talk to a technician with some time under their belt hah
