    That's shitty.

    I was an hour into a 2 hour drive to buy a motorcycle when I called the dude to say I was an hour away.
    He told me he sold it 5 minute earlier.
    I said something like "were you going to at least call me or were you going to let me drive 4 hours round trip for nothing. Please don't do this in the future. It's super shitty".

    At least the guy apologized and felt pretty bad that he fucked up. But, still shitty.

    Some people unfortunately don’t care for others times.
    ive had about 3 people bail on me when selling my fog lights and grille the past month. I even moved plans or canceled stuff to make time for the buyer and as soon as the time came they wouldn’t reply. Not sure why people contact me to tell me their interested and want to buy only to not reply.

    That sucks. Same thing happened to me when I was looking at a camper shell and I was 20min into a 40min drive. And I was pretty mad. I can only imagine how u felt.:frusty:

    It turned out well in the end.
    A buddy was driving me up to the north bay from Campbell and I was gonna ride the bike home. After he dropped me off he planned on going to work on this 1950’s Norwegian car ferry in SF. So I joined him on the boat and made some money.
    There were a couple other moto people there and one of them knew a guy selling the same motorcycle but in much better condition in Pacifica.
    I ended up buying that bike and I’ve since put around 32,000 miles on it.
    Me and that bike have been through a lot together. We got t-boned by a car on the highway. We almost died. But we’re still around. We actually went for a ride just the other day.

    if you’re patient, I will get you a full size spare and matching wheel once I replace it with my new full size spare.
    wear about the same across all 5 as I would do a five tire rotation every 5k to give them all love.
