I finally talked my uncle into selling me his 1990 Tacoma 4cyl 4x4 pickup. Im not mechanically inclined but Im trying to learn. Im Looking for BUDGET Friendly ideas for body work and ways to add HP to this little 4cyl without breaking the bank. FB_IMG_1596013302130.jpg

22RE start with the basics make sure everything is in good condition and running well. do a full top to bottom tune up. all new plugs wires distributor, change all the fluids clean up any patchwork wiring service the brakes and make sure they are good. Only once thats done I would think about making more power. Also 22RE are never going to make a lot of power but a good long tube header is a good place to start.
