M’kay! Some of the best things are simple such as yourself.
2 medium to large yellow onions chopped.
1/2 head cabbage chopped finely.
2 cups cubed ham.
2-3 chorizo (or one big pepperoni) cut into small chunks.
6 cans garbanzo beans
1-2 packets of Vigo Spanish rice seasoning ( this can be hard to find. Mostly saffron)
Throw in pot
Cover with water
Cook at least 7 hours
Leftovers are even better
Garlic bread is imperative for dunking.
