    Do bad ujoints cause vibration at speeds of 60-75mph and when you let go of the accelerator?

    O.P. get under your truck and try moving the driveline up and down,and see if there is a lot of movement where your u joint's are.

    In my experience it is more noticeable when accelerating. Less noticeable when coasting.
