Got a couple good reds today. Mine went 29” dads went 31”

Nice fish. Looks like Florida? I live in South Lousiana and bought a boat last year, cant wait to get down to the coast to catch some reds and specks.

Nothing to show off tonight for me. I packed up my kayak, drove to the lake, dragged it down to the water and put everything together... then I realized my paddle was still at home... So I fished off the dock, some kid caught a turtle but didnt have any pliers, so I helped him out.

 

Arkansas treated me well - even on high water flows. Didn’t expect to catch much of anything on 14-20,000 CFS.

This trip was all spinning gear. Abu Garcia Vendetta rod, Abu reel, 6 lb test trilene mono and (mostly) a Black and silver Rapala X Rap. Nothing special
