I am looking to buy a 4th Gen 4Runner, with the intention of manual swapping it.
I am looking into buying a 4th gen 4Runner, and saw one with a “Daystar 1.5 front 2.5 rear” leveling kit. Is this leveling kit any good? Or should I stay away from it?

Are you working with a budget or are you looking for something nice?
I say this because my first setup other than stock, was with a Daystar kit, but for my 3rd gen. I can tell you that it will make for a harsh ride, sure it saves lots of money, but at the cost of poor ride quality and now knowing what I know, I’d encourage you to save up for something much nicer as long as you have the ability and means to do so

Well yes I am on a budget, however I always could save up more. I asked specifically about daystar, not because I was going to buy one of their kits, but because I found a pretty good deal on a 4Runner, and it just happened to have that lift

If that’s the case then I mean depending on how many miles are on the suspension I’d say it should be fine to work with until you’re ready to get something nicer and overall better

Eh, in my opinion any daystar lift isn't worth the scrap value.
If the price is good, I'd buy it, but I'd swap it out within a day.
