    I don't post here much, mainly because this little truck gives me no issues at all so I don't need much help with it!

    But this weekend my daughters moved into their first unfurnished apartment, so I loaded up a bunch of furniture into a 6x12' UHaul and towed it up to them, roughly 3k pounds with trailer and passengers. I wasn't sure what to expect, so I held my breath and hit the road.

    To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement! This little truck pulled us and that trailer through the mountains of northern Arizona with ease! It purred along the straightaways and not once did it struggle on any of the climbs. The gas mileage was bad, as expected, but man did this truck perform well. I loved it before and love it even more now!

    Thanks to all those who posted their towing experiences and "the towing bible" on here, you were all incredibly valuable sources of information - and confidence!

    103,000 miles and going strong!

    It's great seeing threads like this every now and then. Sometimes we need to be reminded that, despite its flaws, the Tacoma really is an excellent vehicle.

    @Rooney24, here's to another 100k trouble-free miles. :cheers:

    I agree , my truck rarely has a problem , looks pretty good , drives good , and has hauled its fair share of stuff. We take care of each other and im a proud owner.

    I’m on my 4th Toyota truck and they have all served me well. My first one was a 1986 factory turbo 4 cyl. sweet little truck!
