My driver and passenger side power windows have suddenly stopped working, and the power lock only works on the passenger side of my access cab. I first thought that maybe I had a blown fuse, but the fuses in the interior appear to be fine. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas of how to diagnose/fix the issue?

Have you tried the passenger side switches to see if they work?

The power window stopped working but the power lock works on the passenger side.

Check the fuses with a meter or test light. You cannot always tell a blown fuse visually. Many people have been fooled in the past!

Power window circuit circuit is fused through the 50 Ampere JB Fuse under the hood, then each window controller has its own fuse Drivers 30 amp, Passengers door 20 ampere are in the interior fuse panel.

Door Lock Circuit. IG1 NO2 fuse and DR LCK fuses are both on the inside fuse panel. The ECU B fuse is in the under hood fuse panel :

Check for power on both sides of all the PW fuses with a test light or voltmeter and report back.
