Damn you noticed that, eh? Lol. (The window visor).
Oh and no, it doesn't go away. Sometimes it seems to get worse. Although it does get a bit quieter once you put it in Drive... but then it gets louder again.

That missing visor would drive me nuts lol but I’m sure its the power steering, if you dont want oem go to autozone and if the autozone one is a dud then you can return it, can you turn the wheel no problem when you drive it?

The first I believe is just a plastic collar over the actual fitting, so no, I don't believe there's an issue. The second, a split vacuum line? Very definitely a potential issue, but as I don't know that engine, I can't say how significant it may be, definitely worth the couple of dollars it will cost to replace. Not sure what you're indicating in the third.

If thats a possible crack in the pulley or just a scratch?

The first 2 pics look fine to me, but I can't get a good enough look at the pulley to decide scratch vs cracked.

If its cracked, I would be amazed.

Right? Of course there are few exceptions... such as when I scored a $200+ water pump/timing belt kit for free!! (Due to auto store people apparently not paying attention and I guess forgot to scan it before putting into our bags?) Those kind of bonus parts are ok.

Wow are those the parts they were replacing or just casualties of them working on the truck?

Looking at the third picture it looks like a scratch to me, i am basing that on the fact that it does not appear to extend into the shouldered hub and under the bolt. its in a radial direction so unless the pulley is bent and wobbling i cant see how it would have cracked in the web first.
