Heated mirror that works with remote start?.. Anybody found a solution?

I've done some research on the heated mirror subject and it all seems to be powered by a switch connected to a timer.. That's great, but I'm trying to get the mirrors warmed up in the winter when I remote start the truck.. Anybody have ideas on how to accomplish this? Is my only option to wire it to a rocker and basically turn on the rocker the night before and off when I get into the truck? Thanks in advance.
