Have you driven around at all to see if they settle?

@stickyTaco Not yet, gonna call Alcan when they open in a few minutes and try to get to the bottom of it. Also the brake lines aren't mounted, so have to head to the hardware store and rig up some mounts. Short term, the plan is to throw 5 40lb bags of sand on the passenger side bed to level it a bit and help them settle and then get an alignment so i can drive to a wedding this weekend. Long term is to most likely swap the sides based on what Alcan says. I just don't think passenger side will settle 2"

Alcan told me they may be marked with the wrong labels after sending them some pics based on the height difference and brake line mounts. Told me to take them off and set them on the floor, and put the one with the higher arch on the driver side. Would have preferred a definite answer given what goes into taking them on and off, but for now the 200lbs of sand in the passenger side bed is bringing the truck down a little less than an inch, so closer to level. The ride quality is actually really good, so just disappointed there wasn't more QC at Alcan before shipping them.

Just spoke to them again to confirm, he said he's 90% sure they were labeled wrong. Not a huge fan of Alcan right now, no apologies, no offers for another set of u-bolts (said they'll probably be fine), seemed kind of dismissive on the phone. Not to mention another 5-6 hours of work on my side to fix their mistake. I understand accidents happen, but paying almost $1k for springs for this much hassle and lack of customer support has me rethinking if I'll use them again
