Need help from someone with a 2020 and Premium Sound

    Mine was sounding like that as well. If I was in the back seat I could tell there a little sound coming from the sub, but not like my 2017. When I first picked up the truck, the dealer made sure all of the services were connected, including satellite radio, and I changed the settings for that. I didn't realize that it only changed for that source. After I bumped it up on the CarPlay source today, it made a significant difference. I was worried that something was wrong with the amp or sub, but it sounds like I expect it to now. I just figured I would post on the off chance that someone made the same mistake I did.
