So while I'm waiting on my new front King shocks and fiberglass parts to arrive in the mail, I figured I'd plan for future additions. I eventually want to go to a dual set up in the front and was wondering if I could use my rear king's as the second shock and upgrade the rear at the same time.

I'm running King auxiliary 2.0 smoothies currently in the rear and they measure 32x8x8.

The "Ideal" shock for the Total Chaoa 86000 kit measures at 33x12x9.

What I currently have is 1 inch less length, although not ideal is it better than putting them on the shelf or throw them up for sale and still have them sit for months at a time?

Sell them and get the right size triple bypass secondary. Your coilovers should be good enough for now.

    Valving... it's a real thing.

Get the right shocks and have the coil over and the secondary valved to work together. Bonus points if the secondary is a bypass shock.
