    Thanks. Yeah, the porch and deck were big sellers for us. We have since fenced the back yard for the dogs with a gate on the deck breezeway and installed a sliding gate on the front porch steps so we can have the pooches with us on either.

    Thanks.

    We were suspicious when we first went to see it. Wife and I both felt it was underpriced at least 10%.

    We didn't find out any of this until after we bought it, but apparently the sellers were a well off older couple moving back to Oklahoma to be near family as their health deteriorated. They specifically priced the house low to attract younger buyers. They thought the neighborhood needed more youth. We ran into them leaving our showing and apparently they took a liking to us.

    So yeah, our tax assessment is about 10% above what we paid and I suspect market price is around 15% higher.

    That's awesome! My wife and I are getting plans together to build a house with a wrap around porch similar to yours. They are not cheap to build .
