Looking good... where did you get the lower shock mounts?

Easy to rip the old stuff out and bolt in new :D
Ride height has definitely gotten lower, somewhere around 25-26 now vs new stiff springs and 28.

Axles are quite heavier than the first set, pulling both out I struggled but could move by myself. New ones....forget about it. Once the housings had the hubs added, brakes, and thirds I had to use the wooden cart we built to maneuver.

Trying to find a pic but pushed the front axle and inch farther forward and since it sits lower, tie rod and drag link are very close in arc pivot. New hybrid rodend/Heim tres go way beyond the previous tres.

Also adjusted the psc ram mounts so both are in the same plane as they use to be opposite causing tiered flop when turning hard left from hard right.

Yea RS mounts, had them previously and really like the design of clearance, thickness, and drain holes.

Need to update this with a few more pics of th build. Just bled all the lines and installed a manual prop valve. Didnt have room near the master cylinder like alot of guys so installed it in the factory location on the frame in the rear.

Also....bought a house with the girlfriend :D so that took a bunch of time in the build. Nice to finally have a garage (hidden in the backyard behind the house). In Perryville, MD right across the bridge in Cecil county. 2 blocks from a nice boat launch to the Susquehanna River :headbang:

Congrats on the house bud! It's definitely nice having your own space to do projects at your own pace. It's crazy how quickly they fill up though!

Agreed! Wasnt a mustang guy either, actually this is my first American (of whats left of an american vehicle.) This definitley goes against the grain for typically mustangs but almost a year of having it has been fun and good so far.

Few updates, got the LSPV out and a manual one swapped in. No room near the master cylinder with the fuse block panel design.

Just about ready to go, got to plumb the front Zip Locker air line (braided line). And I think the factory elocker harness is just a tad too short even after removing the plastic clip on the gas tank.

Looks like next weekend will be test drive and flex it out and see where the fenders need to be cut and she'll be ready to go. :headbang:

Out and moving under her own power.
Brakes are a bit weak, hoping that its just air in the lines.

Is the frame height lower? Or are your leafs just broken in better now? I love the height now I feel

Bit of both, leafs are definitely settled with still positive arch. Big help was the new spring perches front and rear are only 1/4" above the axle tubes vs factory style ones. And the width definitely helps get everything more proportional.

Truck is now couple inches wider than it is tall.

Tried out the Pacer flexy flares, little bit of trimming but I dont think they look too bad....enough for the cops to think I tried to help the situation. And with them being flexible rubber, can contact a rock or tree without breaking like fiberglass.

Are those the ones they sell on low range?
