    Yea there’s a 14mm drain bolt and a “check” plug with an Allen. This is the one you pull with the engine running in park and fluid within check range

    I went by the Toyota dealership yesterday...I went to the garage door where the mechanic techs were and managed to talk to a guy....I asked him if he'd ever heard of the line of shot about the blinking drive indicating low trans fluid...He just laughed when I told him it was one of their service writers...We had a long conversation about Tacomas and he gave me some great advice...Gonna drop the pan & change the filter and whatever fluid is in the bottom...Case closed...
