2016 Tacoma w tow package camper

I have the tow package. I believe it’s 6800 I can pull. What should I limit myself to when buying a camper? Bumped pulled of course. I want to buy one but don’t want to have any issues. Would be traveling on flatland and going to Colorado. Will need to pull up and down hill.

Try to keep it around 4500 lbs for the camper, everything else adds up pretty quick.

I wouldn’t start over 3500-4000. By the time you load it and all. I live here in Colorado and in the mountains have to use ECT and 3/4 gear in S mode not towing anything. And up the hills my torque converter fluid gets to between 213-218. Cools fast going down the hill at least.
