I think that’s a second gen mod, because the Fj came with a 4.7:1 case and Tacoma is 2.54:1

Do they still make this for our truck? I can’t find it on the site.

Shit. Gear oil or motor oil?

The FJ never came with 4.7 in the Toyota case. It's 2.57 just like every other chain drive Toyo t-case ever made.

2nd gen guys swap it out because the FJ case is a j-shift case. The stocjk 2nd gen case has an actuator that fails. Nothing to fail with a j-shift.

    Here you go:

If the swaps getting done that answer would be yes. I haven't done one but I'm pretty sure that it's a bolt on job. That and tricking the ADD actuator into thinking it's in 4wd when you shift.

LOL. The mount fits the crawlbox. The transmission mount doesn't change. It still uses the factory mount connected to the crossmember.

A lot of guys buy either the Front Range collar mount:
    https://frontrangeoffroadfab.com/t-case-crossmember/

    or the TG crossmember mount:
    https://trail-gear.com/catalog/product/view/id/7197/s/crossmember-kit/#140=590

Both options suck. The Front Range mount cracks up high where it narrows. The TG skid hangs 2" lower then the factory crossmember. Without costum fab work it's a terrible option.

So, I took an hour of my time and fabbed up a mount that got welded to the factory crossmember. It tucks up high and tight. It provides more then enough support for the crawlbox. Between it and the MC HD mount my total cost was less then $125 bucks.
