I bought my first Tacoma last year and love it. I am looking to trade for a 4x4 but here it is:

I love that my Tacoma is a bit of old and a bit of new and that if feels like I'm driving a truck and not a car. I like the manual parking break and the lane departure warnings. In fact my only complaint is with the adaptive cruise. When on the highway when someone exits in front of me the truck slows down excessively, so I try to monitor and move to the other lane if possible.

I've been reading on the forums for a while now but just joined. I just wanted to post a hello and introduce myself.

    Take care!

    Welcome!

For the adaptive cruise I understand regarding someone exiting. You’ll start to be able to predict when the system will brake unnecessarily. At that point put your foot on the gas until that person leaves the lane. It’ll avoid the harsh breaking.
