That sounds like that "Shipping Wars" TV show that was on cable several years back. :)

Thanks for the input. We are planning to pick up the car in Southern California and drive it back down ourselves. It’s 1000 miles to Cabo and we didn’t want to put on the extra 2.7k by driving from Maryland.
We have temporary residency in Mexico and in Baja there is not requirement to import the car into Mexico. We figure we will keep the truck long enough so wanted to keep it US plated/registered.
The options are limited on the cars here. If you want leather seats in your Tacoma, the truck will be blue. No other color options.

I went thru the whole broker thing couple years ago when I shipped my Raptor. In the end I got lucky and found a owner/operator. Ping me if you want his contact info. I have used him 3 times since. Very trustworthy. Won’t be the cheapest (mid priced) and he is open carrier if u don’t mind.

Quote was for $4,590. I’m sure it would arrive in pristine condition though.

You said its from a dealer? Do they not have any options? I live in colorado, flew to california to visit my parents, and went to look at a car at a dealer for my cousin back in CO. Dealer was 100% on top of everything. Sent him all the paperwork via docusign, arranged for transport, and a few days later a truck was dropping off his new vehicle at his door 1,000 miles away.

Edit: nevermind, saw your post above saying the dealer could not help.

Thanks. I thought it should work like that. I may try the sales manager to see if he can help. I’m not sure how long my sales guy has been selling cars.

Thanks for all the advice. We found a car closer to us that we are going to fly and pick up ourselves. If anyone wants an Army Green Pro automatic at MSRP, we will be releasing this one back into the wild.
