    Hello everyone,

I'm in the process of doing the ECGS needle bearing replacement, while I am at it, I'm replacing all the seals.

I'm using National 710573 dust seal where the CV interacts with the hub assembly. I have the 90301-A0005 O ring but can't figure out where it is supposed to be. When I pulled the existing dust seals, there is no evidence of an O ring.

I think it's supposed to go around the seal?

    Any help would be appreciated.

I put an arrow on the pick where I think it is supposed to go. 71FCjUqrdDL._AC_SL1500_.jpg

The only o-ring I’m aware of is the one that seals the outside of the wheel bearing as it’s seated into the spindle.

There would not be an o-ring where indicated by the arrow on any normal oil-seal.
