    I see on the site
"Optional Hardware Pack W/ Steel Rivet Nuts and Corrosion Resistant Bolts to replace factory plastic nut inserts"
does this come with the plate or do you have to order it separately? Didn't see an option to add it.
    Thanks

You're welcome! There are a couple nuts and bolts included that you *can* pull the rivnutss with but it's not the smoothest process. I recommend a rivnut tool from harbor freight or Amazon to make your life a whole lot easier.

Is the optional kit worth it or is the oem fasteners sufficient? And yes, a rivnut tool would be purchased for this b/c I'm not spending all day racheting down on nuts and bolts to compress rivnuts haha.

I still have factory fasteners but they're not that great. It's just a coarse threaded screw that's screwing into plastic, not necessarily a nut and a bolt. So over time mine's gotten worn off from taking my tailgate skin off and on a few times for various reasons. I'll probably upgrade soon.

Hey @Mobtown Offroad , is there a current build time or wait time on these? Or do you have them ready to ship?

Anyone else having rust/finish issues? The finish along the entire bottom of mine has peeled away and is rusting pretty fast. I'm not near the sea or salt states. I bought mine around a year ago.

Thanks @Mobtown Offroad. My beers have been waiting for a flat spot to rest for far too long!
